Our aim is for you to have zero worries about IJslander products and for us to take care of everything for you. The service offered by IJslander:

  • A response within 24 hours of a complaint.
  • Emergency repairs within 24-48 hours.
  • Repairs and/or complaints resolved within two weeks.
  • IJslander has its own team of qualified and experienced installers.
  • Service subscription for and Backstops.
  • Standard quote within 24 hours.
  • We can provide log books on request.
  • We take care of the regulatory works notification (KLIC).
  • Account managers work with the customer to deliver large projects.
  • Stainless steel parts are often available from stock.
  • IJslander provides clear instructions with the equipment which allow the customer to carry out repairs themselves.
  • IJslander works with a site foreman who supervises projects in progress intensively.
  • The foreman will be in possession of full VCA and SVS * certification.
  • Assembly workers will have VCA certification as standard.
