Two Play Towers in Amsterdam

In 2025, two new stainless steel play towers were installed at Makasserplein in Amsterdam. The old wooden towers were replaced with durable, low-maintenance and modern alternatives. The existing slide was carefully cleaned and reattached to one of the new towers, allowing it to be safely reused with a fresh, renewed appearance.

Recycling and reuse play an important role in our work. Wherever possible, we give materials a second life to make optimal use of raw materials. In this project as well, we carefully considered which components could be retained and which needed to be replaced with future-proof alternatives.
